Instalation of a new popular Government is highly needed in Manipur, of course leadership may be processed by majority of party’s MLA including alliance partners if necessary or choose their leaders as desires by high command(central leaders) in public interest. For my opinion Shri N.Biren Singh is most popular leader in Manipur.Anyway I appreciate any Legislators who is elected as Head of state government.Thanks
