Manipur Police, Assam Rifles Shine at All India Police Games with Multiple Medals

But in Manipur, the state police and Assam Rifles have also made their mark in arenas of strength, endurance, and skill. At the recent 74th All India Police Wrestling and Boxing Championship 2025-26 held in Karnal, Haryana, the Manipur police contingent and Assam Rifles athletes delivered standout performances, bringing home golds, silvers, and bronzes. W/ASI S. Rani Devi clinched gold in the arm wrestling event.

W/ASI M. Memcha Devi secured silver in arm wrestling.  

The Director General of Manipur Police, Rajiv Singh, hosted a felicitation ceremony at the police headquarters on October 6 to honour these achievers.  

Assam Rifles Achievements

Assam Rifles delivered commanding performances across both men’s and women’s categories:

Men’s category:
