BJP Central Leadership–Manipur MLAs Meeting Postponed in Delhi
The scheduled interaction between BJP central leaders and Manipur BJP MLAs in New Delhi, planned for 3 pm today, has been postponed, sources confirmed.
Manipur has been under President’s Rule since February 13, 2025, following the resignation of the BJP government led by N Biren Singh on February 9, 2025. In the wake of this development, the 60-member state Assembly remains under suspended animation.
The postponement comes against the backdrop of continuing ethnic unrest, which has kept normal political processes on hold in the state.
