Glasgow | July 26: Olympic silver medallist Saikhom Mirabai Chanu delivered another historic performance by winning India’s first gold medal at the 2026 Commonwealth Games. The Manipuri weightlifting star claimed the top podium finish in the women’s 48kg weightlifting event, setting a new Commonwealth Games record with a remarkable total lift of 190kg.
